We are searching for the best talent for a Supply Planner to be located in Mexico City, Mexico.

Purpose:

Supply Planner must ensure inventory supply continuity for all materials that fall under assigned portfolio, Supply planner also, must develop and execute our supply plan, determining priorities and implementing strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock issues, maintaining healthy indicators as gross inventory, days of supply, slow movers and obsoletes, collaborate with multiple areas to develop E&O reduction, strategies to bring E&O benefits and create projects to enhance results and processes, besides supply planner must seek the excellence associated to service levels on time in full and back order. Supply planner will represent Mexico in meetings with the Regional Planning teams to proactively improve supply projections and product availability.

You will be responsible for :

  • Participate in budget planning and yearly targets in alignment with, Finance and Commercial teams.

  • Review, monitor and report monthly performance indicators, as well as conduct route cause analysis on deviations.

  • Analyze and give recommendations on projections and optimization opportunities related to supply availability.

  • Lead the monthly supply review process with specific internal customers and stakeholders

  • Participate or take lead in Supply chain projects

  • Build productive relations with other relevant departments across the organization.

  • Apply credo values in an open and ethical manner

  • Key Business partner with Demand planner for successful product availability,

  • Key Business partner of local and regional lifecycle management projects

  • Back Order monitoring and strategies development to minimize lack of product impacts

  • Service level OTIF improvement enabler by aligning commercial strategies with operational guidance

  • Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overstock on materials.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor´s in engineering, business administration or similar

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Supply and Demand Planning experience

  • S&OP / IBP structure or implementation related experience

  • Excel advanced

  • SAP

  • Statistical Models

  • Leadership Skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects

  • Database analysis skills

  • Problem Solver, Effective communication, courageous, Assertiveness and Pragmatism

Preferred:

  • SAP ECC

  • Medical Devices experience

  • Supply planning related experience

Other:

  • English Advanced

  • No travel required

  • No Shift Schedule required
