Univision Communications, Inc Data Activation Specialist in Miami, Florida

We are looking for a Data Activation Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will work across and interact with multiple teams, such as Sales, Pricing, Inventory, Operations, & Technology. Responsibilities will include creation, implementation, and recommendations on segmentation for Digital, Data Driven Linear, & Cross-Platform advanced advertising campaigns.

You will report to the Director, Data Activation.

ABOUT YOU:

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Build and augment key audience-based data assets for TelevisaUnivision to activate across various campaign types

  • Onboard client data for campaign execution and work within multiple data marketplaces to identify 3rd party segments that align with client goals

  • Work closely with Audience Product team on 1st party segmentation creation and recommendations

  • Collaborate daily with Ad Ops, Yield and Media Strategy on capabilities, offerings, and strategic data partnerships

  • Internal support surrounding privacy best practices and ongoing industry changes

  • Will work on ad hoc projects and partner with internal departments to optimize workflows and processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in digital, linear, or programmatic video media (Ad Ops, Sales Ops, Research, Product)

  • Interest in advanced advertising and innovation

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, & LiveRamp

  • Ability to analyze data, develop insights and clearly communicate recommendations

  • Understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem

  • Passion for problem-solving and the ability to find answers to difficult questions

  • Ability to collaborate across various teams

  • Highly organized with the ability to run multiple projects at once, prioritize actions, deadlines, and anticipate solutions

  • Spanish language a plus (reading and writing)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to work onsite, Miami or NY

  • Employment/education will be verified

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Base Pay Range -$70,000 to $85,000 + benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
