Insight Global Product Manager in Miami, Florida

Job Description

Position Summary: We are currently looking for a Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. This role is essential for the development and enhancement of our consumer lending products, particularly focusing on card services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product including its features, pricing, user experience, and roadmap. Additionally, this role involves developing partnerships with third parties such as insurance providers, retailers, and benefits providers. The Product Manager will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the development and management of consumer lending products, with a focus on card services.

· Act as the product owner within cross-functional teams, collaborating with IT to prioritize and oversee the development of new features and integration of technological advancements

· Define and implement product features, pricing strategies, and optimize user experience.

· Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

· Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with third parties, including insurance providers, retailers, and benefits providers.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards specific to credit card products, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

· Analyze cardholder data to optimize card program features and rewards, ensuring competitive positioning in the credit card market.

· Work closely with sales teams to align product development with market needs and opportunities.

· Continuously evaluate and improve the product offering based on market trends and customer feedback.

Implement effective strategies to maximize product penetration and profitability.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in developing and managing financial products and services.

· Direct experience in credit card program strategy, including card acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

· Established contacts in processors, card issuers, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, and card program managers considered a significant plus.

· Experience in B2B negotiations and partnership development.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct and interpret consumer research.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
