Job Responsibilities
· Manage booking in 3 rd party planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and project work.
Schedule and assign works to engineers, support engineers as needed.
Maintain CMMS system and supporting documents to ensure accurate updates are captured, and deadlines are met.Work closely with Command Centre to support with the lifecycle of a ticket.
Monitor 3 rd party quote requests and ensuring they go through the final approval process.
Liaise with CBRE supply chain to ensure timely attendance and completion of outstanding works.
Administrative duties including uploading permit to works, RAMS, arranging access, uploading contract documentation, logging of site before and after photos as well as job sheets.
Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning functions and provide timely reports to the Operation Managers as required.
Act as the focus for future work in order to provide the Operation Managers with at least one week of work backlog that is planned and ready to execute.
Maintain a simple, secure file system based on equipment tag/asset ID numbers. This will enable planners to review data and information learned on previous works to prepare and improve work plans, especially on repetitive maintenance tasks.

• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Experience in working with engineers and 3 rd party to plan works.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work, a good problem soloving attitude.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
