As a Financial Analyst II, your key responsibilities will be for accounting support across your assigned business(es) within the Michels Family of Companies. Support includes developing, maintaining, updating and improving monthly, quarterly and annual operational reporting and analytics. Critical to success are the abilities to: analyze, document, clearly communicate and/or educate business leaders with appropriate financial information. This position can be located in Brownville, Lomira or Milwaukee.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Finance or Accounting, and 2-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Experience with ERP & financial reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in consolidation and reporting (preferred, not required)
1-3 years of related construction industry experience (preferred, not required)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
