Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering and operational support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and software enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Perform data integration and reporting of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Perform database tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, incident management, and load testing of new and existing software applications. Interact with software development application teams to gather client requirements. Support software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and feature integration. Develop technical design documents related to corresponding functional design documents. SALARY RANGE: $89,253 to $152,500 per year.WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation.
