Intuit Principal Product Manager: HR Technology in Mountain View, California

OverviewAs a Technical Product Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition technology systems like Workday and Avature. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, solution architecture skills, and process expertise to drive the design and implementation of talent acquisition solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on system design best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cohesive talent acquisition solutions, considering technical impacts and mitigations.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and ongoing operations.

  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

  • Stay up-to-date with releases, updates, and outages of talent acquisition tools, evaluating new features and functionality for potential adoption.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing and supporting talent acquisition applications and technologies.

  • Technical lead experience on multiple full-lifecycle implementations of SaaS applications like Workday, Avature, and system architectures involving technologies like React, AWS products and services.

  • Strong knowledge of the Workday Extend platform and related technologies (Java, XML, XSLT, REST, J2EE, JavaScript, Python, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining applications using IntelliJ or App Builder, and solving complex business and technical issues.

  • Deep understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, customization, integration, reporting, and testing methodologies and tools.

  • At least 5 years of experience in product development using internal technologies, with a solid understanding of integration patterns and third-party solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition metrics, integration, business processes, and security frameworks.

  • Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Executive presence to interact with and present to key stakeholders across the business.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
