Come join Intuit as a Senior Product Manager on the Intuit Monetization Services and Experiences team. You will be instrumental in delivering global marketing, sales, commerce, billing, and payments capabilities that millions of our Intuit customers will use to discover, purchase and use Intuit products and services. You will own and deliver new enterprise commerce features and capabilities such as the shopping catalog, shopping cart, checkout, and order management.

Our team’s mission is to supercharge Intuit’s ecosystem growth world-wide by delivering services and experiences that give our customers complete confidence in what they are paying for, accelerate revenue growth and learning for Intuit, and scale effortlessly as Intuit’s business grows. Our team provides services for all of Intuit’s business lines - including TurboTax, QuickBooks, and MailChimp worldwide, across the entire customer life cycle from trial to purchase to upgrade & cross-sell, through retention and win back and across a variety of direct and partner channels.

The right candidate will have domain knowledge of the enterprise commerce, billing and payments solutions and a proven track of launching products and features on the web, in mobile apps and within ERP applications. What you'll bring

• 5+ years of product management experience building global enterprise level commerce, billing, or payments technologies.

• Proven track record of delivering world-class enterprise software products by leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to facilitate and drive decision-making that balances business and technical goals.

• Demonstrated platform mindset with ability to define and execute a successful portfolio of platform capabilities that enable diverse use cases.

• Expertise with Agile software development. Software development experience preferred.

• Skilled at cross functional collaboration; strong at influencing and negotiating.

• High energy, self-starter with a positive mindset and "can do" approach.

• Undergraduate degree required. Focus in computer science, MIS, or a related technical preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

How you will lead

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for critical capabilities within Intuit’s enterprise monetization platform.

• Provide product thought leadership to identify, prioritize and solution top business capability needs; synthesize business goals into platform capabilities and product roadmaps.

• Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience, deep customer empathy by leading voice of the customer sessions.

• Survey the state of the industry and technology advances to identify the next wave of commerce innovations relevant to Intuit.

• Collaborate with multiple interdependent product development and operations teams to drive execution towards common product goals.

• Effectively manage dependencies, priorities and plans across multiple teams and functions across Intuit to ensure alignment to common goals.

• Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress and success and driving continuous improvement.

• Evangelize and create broad awareness around the Intuit monetization platform with executives and diverse stakeholders across the company.

• Be part of the extended product management team to contribute across Intuit technology.
