We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing, Power Platform to lead a team of exceptional Product Marketing Managers for Power Apps and Power Automate . You’ll own all up positioning, strategy and execution of how we grow revenue and accelerate the business for Power Apps and Power Automate at scale .

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and strategy to accelerate product level business growth

  • Build and execute the strategy for scaling the enterprise segment

  • Co-ordinate and partner with Integrated marketing for Account-based Marketing (ABM) and scale execution

  • Copilot in Power Apps and Power Automate narrative and execution

  • Field and solution play demo strategy and execution for Apps and Automate

  • Leading disclosures for Apps and Automate at 1 st and 3 rd party event

  • Drive audience and persona-based direct marketing for acquisition and adoption

  • Act as an internal and external subject matter expert and spokesperson

  • Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • 4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience leading virtual teams and/or projects organizations that are functionally and geographically diverse

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years people management experience.

  • Relevant application platform cloud service domain experience preferred

  • Ability to get deep on new products in a fast/constantly changing area

  • Outcome orientated and leverage the work of others

  • Effective written and verbal communications skills

  • Project management and large v-team leadership experience

Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
