Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for understanding the organization's products and services, building strong client relationships, and continuously improving skills through training. The role requires effective time management and responsiveness to customer needs, as well as active contribution to the growth of the sales pipeline. The role performs competitive analysis and supports customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Understands the unique value propositions and competitive advantages of the organization's products, services, solutions, and software in detail.

  • Develops a professional relationship with clients, understanding their unique business needs and communicating those to the internal teams.

  • Assists account managers by promptly responding to customer requests within the specialized area.

  • Contributes to pipeline growth by generating leads, and referrals, and expanding existing business within assigned accounts.

  • Identifies opportunities for streamlining sales processes and improving efficiency and collaborates with colleagues to implement process enhancements.

  • Supports customer interactions, which may include attending meetings, calls, and presentations with more experienced team members.

  • Collects and analyzes information about competitors' products, pricing, and strategies and shares insights that help the team refine its competitive positioning.

  • Learns to effectively communicate the value of the organization's offerings while addressing client needs and concerns.

  • Participates in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
