Your Role and Responsibilities

Senior SolarWinds Administrator are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a Senior SolarWinds Administrator with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource data. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role. Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SolarWinds Administrator with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a Senior SolarWinds Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our SolarWinds environment, including the Orion Server, Additional Polling Engines (APEs), integration with AWS services, and Database Performance Analyzer (DPA). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network and application monitoring infrastructure.

• Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Min 5-10 years of experience with experience in the following areas:

• Administer and maintain SolarWinds Orion Server, APEs, AWS integration, and Database Performance Analyzer (DPA).

• Install, configure, and optimize SolarWinds products and modules, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA), Server & Application Monitor (SAM), Database Performance Analyzer (DPA), and others.

• Configure and troubleshoot monitors using protocols such as SNMP, SSH, WinRM, WMI, and SMI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement monitoring solutions tailored to business needs.

• Create and maintain documentation related to SolarWinds configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Implement best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery in the SolarWinds environment.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators and end-users.

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner
