Position Summary

Working across multiple clients and with other Mediabrands agencies, the Associate Director of Accountability will aid in the completion of new business templates, manage US cost tracking across multiple clients and will serve as a support for all Mediabrands agencies. This role will coordinate with partners at other Mediabrands agencies to ensure the timely delivery of pitch pricing and cost reports. The ideal candidate will be confident in designing & carrying out day-to-day processes that ensure the accurate delivery of all targets while putting in place proactive process, automation, and forward planning strategies to deliver consistent results. They should be very detail oriented, strong with numbers, and work well under pressure.

This role will have close working relationship with investment teams, auditors, and global leads to ensure all projects get completed in a timely matter.

The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable presenting strategies, processes, and results to investment leads and auditors in the US and Global

Responsibilities

This is a pivotal role within a motivated and close-knit team working across multiple accounts and with multiple agencies:

  • Assist new business pricing templates and help coordinate successful completion across the different media
  • Work with agency investment teams to manage the reporting of cost savings programs
  • Be accessible to the teams for guidance, reports, questions, and one-off projects.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in a media role (client, auditor, agency, or media owner)
  • Experience with investment preferred
  • Experience with auditing desired
  • Excellent spreadsheet and media math skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional management, organizational and responsiveness skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with investment teams and colleagues
  • Project management experience, with proven ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, analytically sophisticated with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable with Excel, Word and data

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$95,000-$115,000 USD
