Design, develop, test, and document business requirements for SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, automations, and enhancements. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy. Assist with developing processes and procedures related to IAM Business Ops. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and investigate solutions/process workflows. Lead daily standup calls with Engineering teams and resolve any blockers/issues with IAM Engineering team. Develop and maintain documentation on common tasks, procedures, data flow, and business process diagrams. Troubleshoot issues/failures and document potential solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful deployment of new features on monthly SailPoint production releases. Work closely with the Security team during large integrations. Transform conceptual thinking into executable insights by partnering with Software Developers, Solutions Architects, Data Engineers, Business Stakeholders, Product owners, IT Risk & Control, Information Security Governance teams, Risk/Privacy Officers, and External/Internal Auditors in a fast-paced environment.
