Healthfirst Marketing Manager - Acquisition in New York, New York

The Marketing Manager reports to Senior Manager, Medicare Acquisition. The Marketing Manger is central to the business driving on-time campaign execution that results in response, lead and enrollment volume. Acquisition Campaigns are multimedia with DRTV, direct mail, SEM, Paid Social, programmatic, ROP, FSI and more. The Marketing Manager should be proficient in advertising / marketing; have a solid understanding of the creative process and routing efficiently and effectively; an understanding of media planning/buying/optimizing; data - targeting; data - analytics and performance measurement; project management with a focus on project schedule and on-time deliverables. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment with multiple key stakeholders. This role works closely with the Marketing Specialist to support the business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and fine-tune branding and lead generation campaigns to meet organizational objectives.

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.

  • Regularly update knowledge on current platform trends and updates.

  • Adjust campaign strategies proactively based on platform evolutions.

  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and contribution to campaign success.

  • Ensure seamless integration of multimedia elements across various platforms to create a cohesive campaign experience.

  • Coordinate with content and design teams to curate multimedia assets that align with campaign objectives.

  • Regularly review analytics and KPIs to assess campaign performance.

  • Base campaign adjustments and decisions on data insights.

  • Prioritize budget allocation effectively to maximize campaign outcomes.

  • Continually refine campaign strategies to enhance ROI.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring campaign alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Address feedback proactively and adjust campaign elements accordingly.

  • Stay abreast of industry and market trends.

  • Integrate these insights into campaign strategies to ensure relevance and competitiveness.

  • Project Management

  • Open new jobs in workflow management tool

  • Manage project routing and key deliverables through tool

  • Creative development

  • Collaborate on Creative Brief writing process.

  • Experience working with a Creative Team to deliver creative concepts and assets that reflect the Creative Brief.

  • Manage routing through multiple stakeholders to reflect feedback, while maintaining original creative strategy.

  • Comprehensive understanding of direct mail, email, SMS, collateral, etc.

  • Campaign Execution

  • Manage key campaigns: Ongoing retention campaigns, monthly migration campaigns (Integrated and Core Migrations) and monthly recertification campaign.

  • Supplemental work includes working with Call Center Operations and internal teams on scripts, inbound/outbound calls as part of member journey, posters, flyers, and more.

  • Understand data – targeting, data management, delivery of files, testing.

  • Review of personalized creative assets, signoffs, production specifications, managing project estimates and overall project budget.

  • Weekly Status Report

  • Update Medicare projects with key dates for Current Status and Next Steps prior to the team Weekly Status meeting.

  • Results Reporting

  • Support end-to-end campaign management including weekly or monthly results reports. i.e., email reports, SMS dashboard, video views, mobile app utilization, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

· 3+ years planning and executing campaigns, including direct mail and digital channels

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusting relationships

· Time management, multi-tasking while prioritizing responsibilities

· Detail-oriented

· Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

· Direct and digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Client side or ad agency experience; insurance or health category a plus.

· Data and analytics experience or exposure.

· New York based, serving New York consumers on Medicare and Medicaid; understand the diverse communities within the Healthfirst service area.

· Experience working in a matrixed environment where diplomacy and collaboration are key to success.

Hiring Range*:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775

  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
