Prime Video is looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented product leader to help foster nascent ideas and products into scalable programs that can live and breathe within Prime Video content experiences. As a Principal Product Manager, you will invent, improve and drive Prime Video Ad CX, in order to surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people. We’ll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers.

This role will work across multiple organizations including demand-side and supply-side teams to align on and achieve objectives, while building and driving internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders to foster best-in-class video offering. Also, building and scaling profitable programs for Prime Video and Amazon Advertising.

Key job responsibilities

This role focuses on Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (CX) Rules and Ad CX strategy, with the following responsibilities:

• Establish Ad CX rules and exceptions to standard Ad CX.

• Define cohesive metrics and guardrails for Ad CX in collaboration with partner teams (e.g., Ads, Tech, Analytics).

• Establish, refine and execute levers for scaling and optimizing Prime Video ad supply across existing and new regions worldwide.

• Determine appropriateness of ad content based on regulatory and market considerations.

• Lead Ads CX program reviews with leadership of the end-to-end PV ads experience.

• Provide end to end roadmap coordination of all stakeholder teams that contribute to successful launch: operations integration, tech and ops, and support systems enablement.

• Deliver insights to Ad CX to drive optimizations.

• Propose and facilitate mechanisms to monitor success and progression after launching various supply processes and capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 8+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
