What do you contribute?

  • You will lead the strategic supplier quality management for our "Rolling Stock Components" division with approx. 8 employees.

  • Together with your team, you will develop a sustainable supplier base and ensure a high-quality supply for (global) projects and locations.

  • As part of supplier qualification, you will carry out risk evaluations, assessments and audits.

  • You will ensure that our existing requirements for suppliers are met, and in particular comply with international rail industry standards (IRIS).

  • Together with your team, our engineering department and the supplier, you will further develop the supplier's production processes and product quality.

  • You will lead your team in technical and disciplinary terms and continuously develop the skills and competencies of your employees.

What do you bring along?

  • You have a technical master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).

  • You also have many years of experience in supply chain management, quality management or manufacturing, ideally in the rail industry.

  • Additionally, you have completed training as an auditor, ideally in accordance with VDA6.3.

  • You have knowledge of FMEA, 8Ds and other quality management methods.

  • Furthermore, you convince with initial expertise in the disciplinary or technical management of employees and are experienced in working in international teams.

  • You are characterized by great negotiation skills and are used to working with contacts at different hierarchical levels.

  • You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel worldwide (approx. 40%)
