Internship position will perform the following duties and functions: Participate in career counseling,employment advising and assessment services Develop employment advising skills in student appointments with supervision/supervisor Observe,participate in and lead presentations/workshops on career-related topics May assistant in teaching a career class Attend meetings and collaborate with our employment team and may assist in building relationships with employers and help to develop job opportunities and resources for students with employment needs Help organize,plan and facilitate career-related events (in both face-to-face and virtual formats) Locate,compile and synthesize employment data from various resources Prepare reports on job and employment data Create a sustainable clothing voucher program that meets the needs of Career Services and students Work with and outreach efforts to develop community organization relationships Other projects,committee assignments,and responsibilities as assigned
