Job Description

• Overseeing end to end timesheet management + support

• Overseeing team of payroll specialists and a direct Supervisor

• Reviews to ensure all employee timecards are submitted and are accurate + up to policy standards

• Train all payroll/timekeeping members on enhanced operations procedures

• Lead daily operations for all Workforce Solution responsibilities -- analyzing metrics, meetings, scheduling, etc.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors' degree

• 5 years experience of payroll + timekeeping

• Time Keeping System transformation experience

• Exp with large payroll systems

• Knowledgeable about compliance regulation for multistate payroll

• Current CPP -- or willing to get within 1 year of employment * Enterprise level payroll -- handle 36,000 employees' payroll.

• Kronos experience

• Healthcare experience null
