Key job responsibilities

  • You will bring cutting edge AI technologie to solve real world customer problems.

  • You will work with various stakeholders across CX product and business partners to deeply understand business and customer pain points, and translate it to science and engineering investment areas and roadmap.

  • You will think long term and strategically on the platform capabilities that Foundation team needs to build. You look beyond just solving immediate and narrow problems, but also influence and craft platform strategies that benefits all partners.

  • You have excellent communication skills, and can break down complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
