Insight Global Payroll Coordinator in Pasadena, California

Job Description

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. Your responsibilities will involve handling payroll tasks, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and legal regulations. This individual will utilize ADP and other relevant systems to process payroll for employees. They will calculate and enter employee hours, deductions, and adjustments accurately. This person will review payroll data to ensure completeness and correctness. The coordinator will ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly and stay up-to-date with payroll-related legal requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ years of experience processing payroll

  • Experience using ADP

  • Background coming from a larger corporation (minimum 500 employees)

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail null
