Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate environmental risks. Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of company operations, including waste reduction, recycling, and energy conservation programs. Experience with the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Department of Transportation/Hazardous Materials, Toxic Substances Control Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, conditions, and guidelines pertaining to environmental compliance within the energy industry, including water, waste, and air management.
