Position Overview

Are you a motivated and experienced Program Manager, enthusiastic about diving into the world of marketing while building bridges to sales, customer success, product management, and operations? If yes, READ ON! You may be a great fit for our Worldwide Marketing Business Operations Team.

Within the Business Operations Marketing Team, you will help transform our online presence by program managing all phases of website optimization from concept development to launch and beyond. You will have experience in website development or digital marketing program or project management. You will excel in understanding and organizing different points of view to agree on a common path forward. At the end of the day, you are passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience.

This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Business Operations Manager for Marketing. The position hybrid/remote.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with program sponsors to document high-level program and vision with associated business roadmap and outcomes

  • Understand and map important internal participants in the organization, and ensure that they are engaged in the right way

  • Manage tactical project plans in appropriate tools and through effective meetings, from kickoff through completion, ensuring that the team hits important milestones and deadlines

  • Manage and mitigate risk with appropriate tools and communications

  • Manage stakeholders' expectations through proactive engagement with clear calls to action

  • Prioritize work and coordinate required support across several departments to achieve project goals

  • Collect and summarize requirements, partnering with product organizations to ensure that technical development will meet go-to-market team goals

  • Summarize project status, producing executive-level presentations and communications

  • Dive into details to lead project delivery and zoom out to contextualize specific information within the broader company strategy

  • Highlight tradeoffs and ensure that customer experience is top of mind when making decisions

  • Break down silos to use ideas and solutions from across the business

  • Develop and refine processes to ensure efficient execution

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and resources

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of work experience

  • Tenure in digital marketing program or project management or operations in a SaaS / Cloud environment

  • Experience with all aspects of managing global programs including business process analysis, change management, enablement, and adoption

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software

  • Curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in

  • Analytical and data-driven. Can use business insights to inform and educate others on opportunities

  • PgPM, Change Management, or relatable certifications and application desirable

  • Able to travel (less than 25%)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
