You will be ensuring readiness of A2R Supply Chain for the EMEA OTC project, which is a multi-year initiative focused on transforming the Order-to-Cash cycle within MD by upgrading the JDE ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA instance. Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Providing expertise on end-to-end SCH accounting processes related to the EMEA OTC program.

  • Representing GS SC in key meetings and decisions as required, such as process decisions, SCH SME meetings, project execution, and SC SME meetings.

  • Acting as a backup for EMEA OTC GS Finance.

  • T&P Design Lead.

  • Cooperating with other streams (customer service, master data, etc.) to align on process flow and provide feedback.

  • Leading SMEs throughout e2e EMEA OTC/CFIN implementations, providing guidance and serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Coordinating internal Supply Chain follow-ups and parking lots.

  • Validating EMEA OTC/CFIN design for respective processes throughout various cycles/runs.

  • Supporting and leading design improvement/standardization initiatives, KDD revisions.

  • Leading EMEA OTC SCH BST & UAT coordination and monitoring, in line with due dates.

  • Ensuring implementation of specific change projects assigned and providing support on cleansing and clearing activities (data reconciliation & migration).

  • Reviewing documentation prepared by SMEs (SOP, WI, and DTPs)

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of job experience, preferably in A2R and Supply Chain Finance - Professional Accountancy qualification.

  • Experience working with JDE and SAP accounting systems.

  • Fluent in English with good presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with US GAAP - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Accounting.

  • Confidence in presenting clearly and succinctly to Senior Management in English.

  • Able to work successfully under limited supervision or remote line management.
