POSITION: Seasonal Rides Staff

DUTIES: * Operation of ride in a safe manner. * Enforces facility and departmental rules and regulations. * Maintains cleanliness of equipment and facilities. * Facilitation of activities, events, and programs for all attendees. * Provides information concerning the facility and programs to the public. * Establish a positive rapport with all participants. * Attend all staff meetings and training sessions, including any state-mandated course * Operates Point of Sale system (POS) to collect fees. * Collect fees, issue admission tickets, answer phone, and provide information concerning the Rides facility and its programs to the public. * Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies. * May perform the duties of similar classifications of an equal or lower pay grade.

REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 16 years of age

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Maintain a safe and clean work environment * Multitask and preform time-sensitive tasks * Initiate conversations with park guests regarding various programs * Cooperatively work with other staff to ensure a professional and enjoyable work environment * Learn the skills required to perform the tasks necessary to proficiently operate an event * Recommend and implement goals and objectives for providing services * Interpret and apply rules and regulations in assigned program areas * Ensure program compliance with mandated City policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

WAGE: $14.42-$14.80 hourly

SHIFTS: * Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Temporary/Seasonal
