  • Keep up-to-date with market prices for products in our and related industries and research market conditions on local, regional, and national levels.
  • Identify potential product or service sales and market trends through detailed market analysis.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing and promotion trends, particularly in the area of online marketing tools and technology.
  • Evaluate advertising and promotion programs, manage online advertising budgets and ROI, making necessary adjustments to strategies as required.
  • Update price lists and project summaries regularly, negotiate contracts, provide accurate cost forecasts, evaluate transaction profitability, and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits.
  • Manage procurement processes and resource allocation effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and revise operational policies and guidelines for both domestic and international warehouse facilities and outsourcing service providers.
  • Establish short- and long-term business objectives to guide operations and strategy.
  • Optimize decision-making processes to support strategic business development and operational optimization.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing business operations.
