Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Duration 12 Months Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 2+ overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's in science or arts degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Disqualifiers: Candidates with no prior work experience will not be eligible for the role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, metadata or data management or governance, business process management or governance, and evidence of excellent written communication skills, ideally in a technology-oriented environment. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to complete tasks in a reasonable, committed, and agreed-upon timeframe and vendor's ability to use SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Word to complete tasks or small projects to support the team (e.g. content creation, content maintenance, newsletters, excel or word documentation, business process documentation). Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook * Minimum 1 years combined experience with one or more of these: SharePoint, PowerBI, or PowerApps tools * Minimum 0.5 years' experience with any Agile Dev Ops tool, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Confluence, or other.
