Responsibilities

Digital Security & Resilience (DSR) Identity and Access Management Protection (IAM Protect) group seeks a Technical Program Manager to build and curate the work backlog and feature roadmap that delivers Secure Access and Productivity for thousands of Microsoft Users. Responsibilities Include:

  • Agile Program Management: manage the Rhythm Of Business for a service engineering team

  • Define and Manage OKRs: Work with engineering leads and teams to define their work Objectives, and measurable Key Results, that inform senior leadership on progress and accomplishment

  • Secure Client Access: enable user's access to services and data with their business identities, through virtual device infrastructure (VDI) services

  • Secure Client Management: enable compliance and configuration management for virtual device infrastructure (VDI) resources

  • User Sentiment: Collect the Voice of the User for our services to drive user experience improvements as we improve Secure Access and Productivity experiences

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years experience with any Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution, such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

  • 1+ years experience with client device configuration management services, such as Intune

  • 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
