Sutter Health Project Manager, Info Systems IV in Sacramento, California

Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Manages highly complex Information Services (IS) projects from conception to completion including scope of management, timelines, and budget. Provides leadership to project teams and junior members of project management. Adheres to Sutter Health project methodology standards, tools, and processes. Is accountable for each assigned project and the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts.

*Experience in Health Care clinical and revenue cycle implementations highly desired.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years of recent experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies and/or Sutter Health’s project methodology and project management methodology.

Expertise in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.

Ability to use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts and ideas.

Ability to make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.

Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.

Ability to maintain schedule within project server.

Ability to organize workflow to accomplish established objectives.

Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.

Pay Range is $57.22 to $85.83 / hour. California Pay Range is $57.22 to $85.83 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas Pay Range is $51.50 to $77.25 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $45.78 to $68.67 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
