Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site, San Diego, CA

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospital, medical group, health insurance, or other RBO) Proficiency in medical terminology including ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HCPC codes strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems Job Description: As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will work under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor to foster positive relationships with members, providers, and health plans. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving issues promptly, accurately, and courteously. This will involve tasks such as authorization processing, claim research, coordinating translation services, and managing Primary Care Provider changes.
