Job Description:

Working under supervision, design and develop software applications or systems. Build robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems in a multi-threaded/multi-process environment. Analyze and improve the scalability of data collection, routing, storage, and retrieval. Define and perform various search language layer optimizations/transformations. Design, develop, and maintain features for Splunk search infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and six (6) months of experience in job offered or software development-related occupation.

Special Skills: This position also require education in or experience with: 1. At least one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, Python, or Go; 2. Docker, Kubernetes, or public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); 3. REST APIs; 4. Test-driven development, including writing various levels of automated tests, such as unit tests, functional tests, integration tests, system tests, or performance / load tests; 5. Debugging system-level and application-level software using debugger; 6. CI/CD; 7. Modern version control system, such as Git or equivalent.

Salary:  $140,000 - $163,900; Compensation package includes standard company benefits.  Full time employment; multiple positions open.
