Intel PSG Cisco Global Account Manager in San Jose, California

Job Description

Intel Programmable Solutions Group, PSG, is looking for a Global Account Manager for Cisco. In this high impact role, you will identify and develop Cisco worldwide sales strategy to grow PSG business over the next 3 to 5 years and will lead virtual worldwide sales and technical team to achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Own the relationship, strategy and brand of the Account within PSG.

  • Develop and align on Global Account Strategy and Plan with a timeframe of 1-3 years.

  • Meet and exceed revenue and design win plans.

  • Build long term pipeline across PSG's product portfolio and customer's business units.

  • Ensure resources are correctly assigned and incentivized globally, with aligned OKRs at local management level.

  • Create clarity with Vision and Mission for the account.

  • Own account executive relationship map and cultivate strategic relationships.

  • Provide leadership and communication to shared Geo Sales and FAE virtual team calling on the account.

  • Identify Must Win Opportunities.

  • Collaborate with BU, Business Management, Customer Experience Group, Business Operations, and PSG Staff.

  • Ensure all RFx responses are highly professional and exceed customers' expectations.

  • Own the results of supplier scorecards or other rating metric seeking the highest level of ranking.

  • Synthesize complex customer project plans and system level requirements into clear and concise solution needs.

  • Be the voice of the customer into the factory.

  • Engage with customer at engineering, architecture, planning and management levels.

  • Own marketing programs into the customer and jointly with the customer.

Cisco GAM will meet/exceed annual Objective Key Results (OKRs) by exquisitely collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The GAM must have a clear understanding of Intel's PSG business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution, and code of ethics.

A successfully GAM will inspire Cisco and Intel PSG/SMG teams to collaborate to win designs and deal across the globe.

A successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

  • Successful experience in executive selling with Cisco and virtual team management.

  • Strong execution record of commercial products/industry knowledge and solutions wins/deployment experiences.

  • Team player, initiative-taker and motivated to positively contribute to the success of the team.

  • Has collaborated with executive audiences, influencing decisions and leading executive meeting dialogue.

  • Role model of Intel and SMG culture.

  • Technical and/or business degree and 7+ years in the FPGA market.

Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or any other STEM related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $228,562.00-$365,708.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
