Technical Program Manager, Customer360

Role Overview:

As the Customer 360 (C360) Capability Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in understanding business value and priorities to drive the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Customer 360 capabilities and platforms within McAfee. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and use cases, defining the strategic roadmap for the C360 capability, and ensuring its alignment with overall business objectives.

This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada. We are only considering candidates based in the United States or Canada and are not offering relocation at this time.

About the role:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the Customer 360 capability, aligning to McAfee’s business transformation objectives.

  • Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans for the C360 platform.

  • Work closely with business units to gather and document requirements for the C360 technology solutions.

  • Define and prioritize features, functionalities, and enhancements based on business value and impact.

  • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, marketing and marketing analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the C360 platform.

  • Work with data governance and security teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulatory requirements, internal certification standards and data protection standards.

  • Evaluate and select technology vendors or solutions to complement the C360 capability, ensuring alignment with McAfee's goals.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the implementation of third-party solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote user adoption of the C360 platform across the organization.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can leverage the full capabilities of the platform.

  • Evangelize C360 across the organization to foster data democratization and data-driven decision making.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of the C360 capability.

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization, working with relevant enterprise data and martech engineering teams to implement enhancements.

  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the C360 capability to internal stakeholders and executives.

  • Provide regular updates on the progress of C360 initiatives, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role with a focus on customer data platforms or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Has managed a project that is hosted on Databricks.

  • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and technology solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Project management experience and proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to customer data and privacy.
