Description We are working with a client in San RAmon seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney. . This role primarily involves working closely with senior attorneys to handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake to resolution.

Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior attorneys to handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake to resolution. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather case details and assess potential claims Investigate accidents and gather evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and briefs Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to obtain maximum compensation for clients Assist in trial preparation, including witness interviews and development of trial exhibits May occasionally appear in court hearings (depending on experience level) Requirements Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in legal research and writing Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong work ethic and a success driven in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with personal injury law a plus
