As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in process automation, you will orchestrate the design and implementation of scalable robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading tools. Your role will involve optimizing business processes through automation, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of our solutions. Working collaboratively with multi-functional teams, you will play a key part in projects that significantly impact our operational effectiveness, showcasing your expertise in the field of robotic process automation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of RPA solutions.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and design automation processes accordingly.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to find opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Work closely with business collaborators to optimize processes and identify automation potential.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA technology and continuously enhance technical skills.

  • Develop and implement robust testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation solutions.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for developed RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Provide regular status updates and reports on the progress of automation projects.

What we need to see:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Microsoft Power Apps, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.

  • Experience with Python, or a similar OOP language.

  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with multiple RPA vendor technologies

  • Experience with using AI to build intelligent RPA processes.

The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
