Amazon Senior Product Manager Tech in Seattle, Washington

Description

We are looking for a high caliber and tested Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Santos team. In this role you will lead key initiatives within the fees and billing domains that directly impact Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime (BwP) financial results and merchant experience. As product owner, you will work with a dedicated engineering team and also partner closely with other technical teams across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact.

• Deeply understand the technology that underpins our pricing and billing systems. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.

• Work closely with merchants, support agents, sales&marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
