- Navigator Champion
Understand ALL end-user functions in Navigator Including:
Understand Local Admin activities in Navigator including:
Understand L1 Support activities including:
Other NVG responsibilities including Training, NVG adoption in Singapore, Maintaining SOPs relating to NVG, Change Request identification and creation, Undertaking and coordinating user testing, Communicating system outages and releases etc
- Sales Planning Support
Responsible for Category Planning Bulletin.
Check Calender vs NVG & confirm with Sales Revenue Planner
Deploy all Distributor Operations Events & Check Vs Excel, check rejection event
Create Bulletin Template
Update Changes in Bulletin
Contribute in the post campaign evaluation for key campaigns covering display target gaps, shipment / IMS gap and gather input from sales team where can be done better.
Compile display target for each big bet campaign (minimally benchmarking previous year) and share final display target in SMAP.
Initiate request for factsheets, trade letter for all NPD/LE, pricing action, downsize activities and keep track until successfully deployed to sales team. (prep and broadcast for MYSG)
Upkeep pricing related information and ensure data accuracy from factsheet, trade letter all the way to NVG.
Compile and coordinate listing samples for all NPD/LE, downsize, change of recipe/AW to ensure smooth transition process for the sales team.
Coordinate sampling days/ premium allocation by account (by store for SG) and issue gatepass (SG only).
Upkeep and broadcast Price List for MYSG every month.
Big Bet Tracker - submit forecast & display target (MT only) by account/distributor M-1 campaign month.
Cascade critical planning information to CS&L team: allocation by account/distributor for all NPD/LE, PPA changes, key big bet, Ti Hi changes.
Keep track of allocation by big bet deployed to the sales team and prompt them to trigger PO / shipment.
Analyze forecast trends and prompt major movement (by PPG) to Demand Planner.
Work closely with Demand Planner to react on high risks SKU and create plans with sales team to flush out the stocks in a timely manner.
Requirements :
Project Management experience
Good communication skills
Understanding of Modern Trade sales and business background of the market
Understanding of systems landscape and interdependencies
Good knowledge of Project Management processes, tools and methodologies
High level of familiarity with creating and maintaining process documentation
Ability to build relationships across functions and teams
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
