Job Description

  • Formulate strategy and support & service delivery plan to support China GSG business growth

  • Lead field service teams to deliver service to customer, including Installations, Training, Method and Application Development, Telephone and On-site Diagnostics and Repair Services, Preventative Maintenance visits etc., to our customers

  • Implement key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders

  • Achieve service KPI and customer satisfaction target CAS through effective team management

  • Make resources planning to meet business need through data analysis

  • Achieve BU’s service revenue AOP through collaboration with service sales, CSR or other related functions

  • Close cooperation with commercial teams to deliver services to customers

  • Drive technical support and service talent development and ensure the knowledge transfer and talent pipeline

  • Initiative PPI projects to improve field service quality and effectiveness

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Over 15 years’ experience in large size organization, related industry or tech. service industry will be a plus

  • Rich experience and expertise in managing service team or function, with minimum 8 years of management experience

  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix environment

  • Strong leadership with proven success

  • Strong Critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills

  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
