General Summary:

Job Overview

  • Support all the TA administrative work for Shenzhen site.

  • Support the recruitment, such as post offer engagement, pre hire checks.

  • Support new employee onboarding, create and maintain employee personal file.

  • Maintain the Shenzhen employee P-file room.

  • Maintain various TA metrics and reports.

  • Other ad-hoc tasks and admin support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • TA or TA coordination relevant experience is preferred.

  • Know how to prioritize work/tasks and get job done.

  • Flexible, adaptive, good interpersonal skills and communication skills both Chinese and English.

  • Demonstrate collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members.

  • Self-drive, proactive, motivated.
