Description:

· Ensure that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest services at all times.

· Assists in greeting guests in Front Office.

· Assist to implement consistent guest recognition programs and maintains a relevant guest history database.

· Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service.

· Support the Front Office operations and ensure warm welcome of all guests to the Front Office.

· Should be present in the Front Office as much as possible. The positioning in the Front Office depends on the flow of guests and business levels.
