This position is part of the General Ledger team in Finance department. This role is responsible for end-to-end process of Intercompany Accounting such as, reviewing and verifying intercompany charges, reviewing and resolving out of balance/intercompany reconciling items and Intercompany account settlement.

What You'll Do:

• Reinvoicing, recording and reconciling of intercompany transactions

• Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries and reports.

• Coordinating with other intercompany partners to ensure that balances are in sync during the close process.

• Initiating settlements or wire payments with intercompany partners in compliance with accounting policies.

• Ensuring that accounts are properly aged and settled in a timely manner

• Assisting local Finance teams

• Assisting with both internal and external audit requests

• Contributing to the production of timely, accurate financial statements and reports; ensuring accurate cutoffs, timely account reconciliation

• Delivering to agreed SLA’s regarding time and accuracy, including respecting of closing deadlines and quality level

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Accounting Degree

• Minimum 1 year in a similar function (Intercompany accounting)

• Strong accounting knowledge

• Comfortable with IT environment (Excel expertise a must)

• Knowledge of JDE (Accounting and Reporting) would be appreciated

• Hyperion (Consolidation) a plus

• Teamwork spirit

• Good communication

• English language imperative

• Respect deadlines

• Capacity for adaptation, flexibility to adapt to the constant changes in the accounting & tax department
