B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Director to oversee EPC utility scale construction of solar projects . For this critical Project Director management role, we are willing to pay for the best candidate. If you have what we're looking for, your salary will be $150,000 to $200,000 (DOE)! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROJECT DIRECTOR

• 3-5 years of experience leading employees in an EPC environment constructing utility scale solar projects

• Experience in renewable solar installations

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Ability and willingness to travel

• Candidate must have demonstrated project management experience managing an EPC contract through the entire project life cycle

  Experience in construction management and 3-5 years of utility scale solar experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.   A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTOR

  As a Project Director for our Renewables division, you oversee the project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling, cost tracking, and oversee the overall project execution through the entire project lifecycle . You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times.

  You are invested in our company and work hard to promote its success. Under your leadership, the project managers are inspired to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them. Due to your exceptional ability to delegate efficiently and appropriately, you don't have to spend as much time on-site as you might otherwise , although we look for all of our Project Directors to visit each of their projects monthly . Part of your daily routine as a Project Director will be enjoying traveling and meeting with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
