Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Sunrise, Florida. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, coding, and modifying software applications based on user specifications and needs within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand user needs and draft initial proposals and software designs

• Analyze user needs and design software for client use in the healthcare industry

• Develop code and design software applications based on user specifications

• Engage with users to better understand customer needs and opportunities for improvements

• Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance

• Monitor and assist with software testing and validation procedures and programming to identify bugs

• Monitor and assist with software installation, ensuring application operates within established specifications

• Gather and evaluate user feedback, modifying software for better usability

• Design databases for specific application areas within the healthcare sector

• Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications

• Advise clients on software maintenance within the healthcare sector

Requirements

• Possess strong proficiency in .NET and .NET Framework

• Have significant experience in C Sharp Programming (C#)

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Exhibit ability in using Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Experience in Mobile App Development is a necessity

• Must have a background in Web Development

• Prior experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is highly desirable

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Must have a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred
