General Management:

▪ assistance to Financial managers in optimization of sign-off authorities (P20.1) regulations of JV legal entities within FICO APAC, covering local requirements

▪ setup and maintenance of locally driven systems and processes for implementation of sign-off authorities within FICO APAC (eSR, office applications, etc.)

▪ direct responsibility for transfer pricing related controlling activities within FICO APAC to ensure the compliance with Continental relevant rules and regulations

▪ assistance to Financial managers in updates and optimizations of regional ICO services allocation conception and maintenance of implementation processes to ensure its adherence

▪ cooperation with and interfaces to plant controllers on regional central functions controlling and direct responsibility for regionally aligned controlling activities

▪ foster implementation and participate in the workflow of standardized FICO systems and processes (SAP ERP, eSR 2.0, SmartRecruiter, CEOS NPM Purchasing, Tangro, etc. ...)

Project Management:

▪ provide support and expertise for FI/CO projects and other projects connected to FICO

▪ initiate and lead Controlling projects from a FICO region perspective such as digitalization and automation

▪ act as interfaces or direct representative (up to the definition) from / of FICO APAC in the projects initiated by other functions but with cross-functional features

Controlling and Analysis:

▪ support Budgeting and Forecasting processes with the local stakeholders (focusing on Period Expenses and OOIE)

▪ manage ICO Service Cost Allocations and R&D Allocations between the respective cost centers and other LEs

▪ ensure efficient Cost Controlling in covered CU's (projects, cost centers focusing on central functions, contingency measures, etc.)

▪ ensure and maintain high transparency of financial figures for local Management, especially non-Plan functions

▪ support preparation of business and management analysis and decision making process (e.g based on P&L and Balance sheet, HC reporting, other Financial KPIs)

▪ provide in-depth cost analysis and financial advices for non-plant functions like HR labor costs, R&D expenditure and trial costs, Purchasing material price development and variations & SCM logistics costs

Reporting:

▪ ensure timely fulfillment, quality and integrity of all given internal and external reporting requirements, especially local Financial Reporting (P&L,B/S) and Continental FiRe Reporting

▪ explain / interpret and comment on results and economic development (CU related) for non-Plant-Controlling functions

▪ provide presentations for local meetings (ensure data quality and availability for CU's external communication), non-Plant Controlling

Standardization:

▪ ensure consideration, implementation of and adherence to internal policies, manuals, standards and guidelines (House of Rules, Group, Group Sector and Business Area, foucing on non-Finance parts)

▪ maintain compliance especially in terms of financial data and information exchange with stakeholders

Communication:

▪ ensure alignment and information exchange within the FI/CO organization

▪ ensure coordination and alignment between LE Finance team and other Controlling functions

▪ academic degree, preferably in business administration, controlling, accounting, finance or related disciplines

▪ 5 or more years of professional experience in various finance functions

▪ experience in controlling, finance, accounting processes

▪ proficient in English mandatory, additional language skills welcome
