Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, Breast and Skeletal Health, this role will lead and develop the marketing strategy across ANZ to expand access to our life-saving Breast and Skeletal Health solutions that enable early detection, more certain diagnoses and accurate, compassionate treatment to ensure patients have the best care when they need it most. The Hologic Breast Health portfolio is known for its cutting edge technology and a portfolio synonymous with the gold standard for women’s health.

As the Marketing Manager for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio, you will design, develop and deliver the ANZ marketing plan for the portfolio to enhance our value proposition with key stakeholders. You will gain insight on market dynamics and needs, drive tailored marketing strategies, build awareness through education and training workshops. In addition, you will prepare annual marketing plans, new product launch plans and effectively partner with commercial teams on driving execution.

We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed. To do this, you will need a Bachelors level degree or above, ideally in Marketing, Science of Business. You have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in successfully planning and implementing marketing strategies across multiple product portfolios. It is highly advantageous if this experience is in medical capital equipment. You have leadership presence with the ability to implement positive change, gain support and establish rapport. Impeccable communication and presentation skills is a must as you will need to communicate with clarity, impact and influence with a variety of SMEs and reporting levels.
