The Amazon Delivery Experience team owns end-to-end customer experiences from their purchase click until when they receive their parcels. We are looking for a Product leader to re-define the delivery experience in Japan by developing ship options and delivery programs that inspire customers to shop with Amazon.

As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will bring customer and operational insights to improving our delivery programs, partnering with multiple teams in Japan and globally specialized in data science and software development. You will set the overall vision for Amazon delivery programs in Japan, and drive alignment on our customer experience vision with senior leaders in Retail and Fulfillment services. You will be responsible for managing multi-million dollars of ship revenues and continuing to improve the quality as well as profitability of our delivery programs.

Key job responsibilities

Own the roadmap and vision for Amazon Delivery Programs;

Collaborate with technology teams to build and enhance the local CX features;

Influence and partner with both JP and WW teams to deliver capabilities for JP customers;

Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of the delivery programs

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

• Experience managing technical products or online services

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
