Description

Amazon Japan Seller Services is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the JP Seller Service Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) team. The team is responsible for supporting Seller's growth by improving customer/delivery experiences for the MFN Sellers. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product roadmap, developing and launching new features that enables Sellers to provide excellent return experiences to our customers in partner with external and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, excellent analytical abilities to identify the opportunity and root cause of issues, business acumen, and data-driven decision making skills while working on multiple projects. She or he will have experience in leading internal and external stakeholders and drive strategic discussion with leaderships to prioritize the project she or he own with using persuasive data point. She or he should have experience working in a cross functional environment such as working with sales, marketing, legal, external partner, engineering, and international counterparts. Keys to success include strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer obsession.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance MFN return experience and come up with a set of right solutions

• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements for MFN return experience improvement

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to get alignment to implement solutions

• Launch new features by partnering with WW teams such as engineering, sales and marketing

• Own key output metrics and drive the right inputs to meet the business goal

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience as a product manager or owner

• Excellent oral and written communication skills both for English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
