Amazon Marketplace enables businesses to put their products in front of hundreds of millions of customers and offers Sellers the tools and services needed to make e-commerce successful, efficient and simple.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead new product launches and continuous improvement of our existing products to drive business growth on Amazon. The leader will define a long-term vision and a strategic path to achieving it, navigating through significant levels of ambiguity and driving execution. The position requires collaboration with various Amazon teams across countries, including product and tech partners, category teams, and Selling Partner Support. Additionally, the leader will use data and Seller feedback to measure the impact of the strategy and present findings to drive decisions at both ongoing and strategic levels.

Key job responsibilities

1. Developing long term strategy for the products that drives Selling partner experience

2. Influencing partner teams to deliver on-time execution and new product launches

3. Developing and growing strong collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders both internally and externally

4. Driving program adoption across new and existing Seller cohorts.

5. Creating and leading mechanisms to understand business drivers, uncover areas of opportunity, and present business recommendations

6. Owning weekly/monthly/quarterly business review commentary for key input and output metrics

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience owning technology products

• Business level Japanese and Strong English skills within speaking, writing and reading (Need to be able to lead discussions, and write documents in English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

• MBA

• Experience delivering large, cross-functional, projects in an e-commerce environment
