What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Client and Product Growth at Simplii Financial, this role is responsible for contributing to the growth of the Simplii Financial franchise through a product marketing focus on select product portfolios. The growth team is responsible for leading: product campaign strategies, partnership & sponsorships and new client growth or retention initiatives alongside product, digital and marketing partners.

How you'll succeed

  • Relationship Building - Build a strong foundational understanding of the product P&L and client base in order to better recommend future campaigns and seek out opportunities for growth.

  • Strategy, Process & Enhancement - Craft campaign strategies alongside product teams in support of acquisition, retention and engagement metrics with a focus on cross-sell and thoughtful triggers. You will be briefing on all campaigns; working alongside cross-functional teams to manage campaigns with executional excellence.

  • Analysis - Analyze campaign performance, ensuring optimizations are implemented for future across paid media advertising and owned channel capabilities.

  • Project Delivery - Lead the fiscal campaign roadmaps process and road showing with the Simplii team.
