Intuit Senior Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Overview

The TurboTax Canada team is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager who values moving quickly. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in product management (or related industry experience) with experience in delivering end-customer experiences, platform services and 2-sided networks

  • Proven track record of success in leading product development from ideation to launch and defining data-backed roadmaps that deliver for the customer

  • Demonstrated rigor in defining top product priorities that drive impact and customer benefit

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to influence leadership

  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a product

  • Experience working in Agile development environments and managing platform dependencies

  • Experience in the financial technology sector a plus

How you will lead

  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  • Conduct customer research and analysis to identify new opportunities and lead ahead of competition and industry trends.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, platforms, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches and feature releases.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product, both internally and externally, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and architecture.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met and product feedback is incorporated into future releases.
