Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1、负责自然语言理解、知识图谱相关算法和技术预研、落地；

2、负责NLP相关的文本处理、数据清洗；

3、参与智能产品的设计与开发，产品包含但不限于以下部分算法方向：目标检测、动态跟踪、CV等。

4、负责大模型应用开发，通过模型PEFT微调、增量预训练、知识库挂载等技术手段实现垂直行业能力

5、设计各项开发规范， 深入理解业务，准确分析问题，采用适合的算法与策略

任职要求：

1、5年以上算法工程师经验，熟悉c/c++/phthon编程语言,有较强的代码能力 

2、 本科及以上学历

3、.具有某一方向如图像、视频、NLP的完成的理论体系与算法体系，熟悉机器学习、深度学习算法，具有典型模型、具有模型设计能力，有图像算法性能优化经验者优先；

4、熟练掌握NLP相关算法理论知识；

5、熟练掌握Pytorch、Tensorflow等深度学习框架；

6、 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，很强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力。
